Plans and billing cycle
Subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual cycles, as indicated during purchase. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rates. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Seat and usage limits
Each plan may include limits on users, suppliers, data volume, API usage, or feature access. Exceeding limits may require upgrading, purchasing add-ons, or adjusting usage.
Price changes
We may update pricing for future billing periods with prior notice. Existing commitments remain unchanged until the current term ends, except where required by tax or law.
Taxes and invoices
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax data. Invoices are issued electronically.
Refund policy
Fees are generally non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in the order terms or required by applicable law.
- Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
- Upgrades may be prorated during the current period.
- Charge disputes should be submitted within 30 days of invoice date.
