As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Account Manager to help expand our user base and support customers throughout their journey on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & User Acquisition
Identify and engage potential users of the platform, including suppliers, manufacturers, engineering companies, service providers, utilities, and project developers.
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, industry directories, and other channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Schedule and conduct introductory calls and platform demonstrations.
Account Management & Customer Success
Support onboarding of new users and help them successfully complete their company profiles.
Convert pre-populated company accounts into active platform users.
Build long-term relationships with customers and become their primary point of contact.
Assist users in maximizing the value they receive from the platform.
Revenue Growth
Promote premium platform features and paid subscription tiers.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Support customer retention and account expansion initiatives.
Market Intelligence
Collect customer feedback and communicate market needs to the product team.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written).
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive lead generation.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales prospecting tools.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience working with industrial, engineering, energy, or technology companies.
Knowledge of the nuclear energy sector.
Additional European languages.
